Mum loved taking us kids on holidays when we were younger. The first holiday i can remember was was at a caravan park near Sydney called La Mancha , it was boiling hot in the caravan with all of us and some extra kids . We flew to Surfers Paradise in the early 70s . Mum got us all new outfits to wear . Evan dad got got new platform shoes and flairs , it was lots of fun . 
  Mum was always a geat enterainer , she love impressing people with her cooking skills and presentation. I remember when she got her cooking diploma she was the only female in the class , but this was no problem for her as she grew up in a very large family of boys . I always remember how hard it was for her in those days but she never complained about it .She always said it is what it is , and kept on going. Although its been a long distance relationship Mum over the past 40 or so years we all have a lot of love for her and will miss her terribly.
